User Account & Data Deletion Request

1. How to Delete Your Data In-App (Instant)
Fastest Method:
- Open the Terapanth Sadhana app.
- Go to the Profile (प्रोफ़ाइल) tab.
- Scroll to Account & Data Deletion (खाता व समस्त डेटा विलोपन).
- Click Delete Account & All Data (खाता और सारा डेटा मिटाएं), type
DELETE to confirm.
This immediately and permanently erases all your cloud records, authentication credentials, and local device database.
2. Web / Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to have your associated cloud records removed, please email us at privacy@terapanth.info with the subject line Account Deletion Request from your registered email address.
Requests are processed within 30 days.
3. Types of Data Deleted
- User Profile: Name, city preferences, and stats (
users/{uid}, public_profiles/{uid}).
- Activity Records: Cloud logs of samayik sessions, jaap counts, and pledges.
- Device Storage: All IndexedDB databases, diary notes, and offline caches.
- Authentication: Firebase Auth accounts, tokens, and identifier linkages.
4. Data Retention Policy
Once deleted, no personally identifiable data or spiritual logs are retained on our servers.
